Masters and Doctoral Programs

While this program is generally considered “traditional” in terms of the topics covered in the curriculum, KAIST puts in great effort to ensure that the M.S. and Ph.D. programs remain at the forefront of management education, Students are required to develop a solid foundation in microeconomics, statistical analysis, globalization issues and communication strategies. The M.S. and Ph.D. programs place particular emphasis on scientific and quantitative methods of analysis, information technologies and globalization strategies. In addition, these programs focus on research, With all students working closely with faculty members on current research projects in chosen areas of interest. Doctoral candidates are required to publish a dissertation in an international journal as a requirement for graduation.
