What is a leadership program?
Program for the systematic training of well-rounded leaders who can produce knowledge.

Main contents
- Completion of basic courses that form the basis of new leadership education.
(semesters and vacations : leadership and communication training included) - Improvement of cultural understanding through knowledge sharing and training through team work in cultural experiences.
- Participation in military officer training and group athletic activities for the inculcation of esprite de corps and national spirit, and the improvement of physical health
- Participation in militany officer training and group athletic activities for the inculcation of spirit of selfless service and virtue.
- Training abroad for enhanced cultural understanding and the inculcation of a global outlook.
The 7 habits of highly effective people
Purpose
- The program is designed to help (under)graduate students to succeed and to grow
as leaders through the inculcation of and training in principle-oriented leadership.
Expected Results
- Discovery and embodiment of the basic principles of life.
- Inculcation of character and abilities needed for professional life after graduation.
- Acquisition of skills for communicating ideas lucidly and confidently.
- Establishment of values and goals in life (vocation, vision, long-term goals).
- Inculcation of skills for the establishment and execution of plans and effective time management.
- Creation of synergy in interpersonal relationships through empathic listening.
