ID cards for IT Convergence Campus (ICC) students

▣ New student ID Cards are being issued for all ICC students.
▣ Application Period: March 23, 2009 (MON) ∼ March 31, 2009 (TUE)
▣ Place of Application: ICC Student Affairs Team (F 107)
▣ On-line application

1. Academic Registrar's Team (T. 042-350-2367) Input and check the ENG name.

2. If you don't have a WooRi bank account, you should open one before on-line application.

3. Check the notice at

http://www.kaist.ac.kr (http://www.icu.ac.kr Announcements, AIMS Announcements for student)

4. Click 'apply ID card.'

5. Check the agreements
  After checking 'agree,' click ‘confirm.’

6. On the ‘Mandatory’ input of personal information,
   - School/Company: select, ‘KAIST (ID card)’
   - ‘Student ID number’: after student ID number input, click ‘inquiry.’
   - Check name, ENG name, College, Department
     (If you can't see ENG name, input ENG name at Academic Registrar's Team before March. 31)
   - Input the account connecting the ID card and password (necessary).
   - Click 'Confirm.'

7. Other agreements
   After checking 'agree,’ click ‘confirm.’

8. Input personal information, and click 'confirm.'
   - You should input the cell phone number which you are using now.
- If you want to write down your personal bank information, print ID card application form, fill it correctly, and submit the paper to Safety & Security Team. Then contact WooRi bank (080-365-5000 /02-2008-5000).

9. Check ‘Confirm ID card application,’ and click 'print.’

10. Fill out printed applications and staple them in one set

☛. Printed documents
1) ID card application form
   - Check the cell phone number (you may write with a pen).
- Write down your name and sign it.
- The new ID card will be applied for with your picture registered at Safety & Security Team.
  (People who want to change their pictures, attach the picture on the ‘photo attachment.')
2) WooRi Uni Check Card application
    - Write down your name and sign it. (2)

11. Submit copied documents to ICC Student Affairs Team (F 107)
▣ Inquiries on banking services : 080-365-5000. 02-2008-5000 ->3.Internet banking
▣ Help in print errors: CAPSOFT YoungGyun Jeon 0505-998-0888
▣ You will get the ID card, by May 20 at the ICC Student Affairs Team (Any change will be announced through the webpage.)
▣ You may use the ID card from June 1, 2009. (Mon.)

▣ Usage of ID card
ID-CARD is the student's identification card which can be used in banking services. Other functions include:
♦ Entering campus buildings
♦ Entering libraries and lending (returning) books
♦ E-money: You can use it in the campus cafeterias, stores.
♦ Check card at every credit card franchise inside and outside of campus
♦ Cash card through WooRi bank CD and ATM (other banks' also)
♦ If you need a traffic card (deferred payment), apply at WooRi bank KAIST branch (W2, 1F).
(not until 18-years-old)
※ Koreans aged 18∼20, if they want to apply for a traffic card (deferred payment), they should fill out the agreement of a legal representative in the WooRi bank and parents. (W2, 1F/T.042-350-3600)
