Course Registration Guide for the 2013 Fall Semester

(Matriculating Graduate Students)

Course registration procedure and methods for 2013 Fall semester are as follows:

1. Registration period : August 5(Mon.) at 12:30 - August 12(Mon.) at 23:59, 2013

2. Use : Portal(http://portal.kaist.ac.kr)  - Academic System

3. Venues : Anywhere students get access to Web

4. Registration procedure

  1) Choose classes from the lists

   - Portal(http://portal.kaist.ac.kr) ⇒ Academic System ⇒ courses Offered

  2) Web registration : http://portal.kaist.ac.kr ⇒ Academic System

  3) Print out the completed registration form

  4) Obtain guidance professor's signature and submit the form to the 

       Department/Division office after beginning of Fall 2013 classes.

5. This course registration is intended for matriculating graduate students

6. Miscellaneous

  1) 2013 Fall semester course schedule(Courses offered by Department/Division) 

      can be found

     * on Portal(http://portal.kaist.ac.kr) ⇒ Academic System ⇒ Courses Offered

  2) During the Add/drop period (after beginning of 2013 Fall semester), students may
   
     change or cancel their classes.
