Congratulations to 2007 Fall Semester Freshmen of Graduate School.
The Ministry of Information and Communication is offering a scholarship for international graduate students to promote international collaboration in education for ICT(Information and Communication Technology) and related science and engineering fields.
> Details of Scholarship Program
o Applicable Fields: Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Bio and Brain Engineering
o Types of Degree Program: Master¡¯s and Doctorate
o Period and Amount of Scholarships
- master¡¯s : 2 years with 10 million won each year per student
- doctorate : 4 years with 14 million won each year per student
o Student Qualifications for the Scholarship
- Non-Korean citizens under the age of 35 with an excellent academic record
¡Ø Individuals with an experience of residing in Korea more than 3 months during the period of previous 12 months from the deadline and currently working or studying in Korea are not eligible except those who desire to move on to higher degree programs after being granted a bachelor¡¯s or master¡¯s degree or stayed on purpose of language training or exchange students
- Applicants, whose first language is not English, must submit a TOEFL score of 550 or above (CBT 213, IBT 79)or TEPS score 601 or minimum IELTS score of 6.0 (academic module) from a test taken within the last two years from the deadline.
(Above TOPIK 5th grade, KLPT 400 points is acceptable.)

- Submit these forms to Student Affairs Team
1. TOEFL score 550 (CBT 213, IBT 79)
(TEPS 601, IELTS6.0, TOPIK 5th grade, KLPT 400 points)
2. Two English Recommendations (References) from former university professors
3. Study Plan (Attached Form) with Signature
(If you can't submit the original form with signature, submit it in PDF file with your signature through e-mail)
4. Tranxscript ( For Ph.D candidate, be sure to submit Both Bachelor's and Master's Tranxscripts)
5. Graduation Certificate
o Deadline: June 29. 2007 (Fri) 5 pm
o Submit to: Student Affairs Team (Creative Learning Building 1st floor)
