KAIMARU(Food1st) - HANHWA(N11)

_Company Introduction

Ever since 1995, the FS Division of HANHWA Resort has started the food service business based on their know-how of operating a food court and restaurant within a resort business. Despite the late start in this business, compared to similar companies in this field, a differentiated service was provided to fulfill the needs of the clients. For this purpose, a new brand for group-meal service, named 'Food1st', was launched in 2005. Afterwards, HMR brands, such as, 'MERRY Taste(ګ)' and 'Cuobab', were developed to match the level of requests from the clients. HANHWA Food1st wishes to become the number one business that achieves both goals of possessing the greatest professionalism and best customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the CEO and staffs have united to accomplish the goals. Therefore, we will step forward to expand as an integrated food service business through entering the specialized dining and restaurant industry, along with food distributing business, based on the accumulated know-how relating to foods and drinks. In addition, we will pour in our efforts to naturally adapt to the life of each and every one of our customers. HANHWA Food1st will open a new hospitality industry that prioritizes high quality service minds and customer satisfaction.

  • What is Eat2Heal?

Eat2Heal is a health-care program designed on the basis of phytocooking that is created to reinforce self-protection and improvement of human bodies against diseases possibly by recovering self-healing function through helping people know about the essential nutriments contained in the natural foods such as vitamins, mineral, essential amino acids, unsaturated fatty acid, phytochemicals (nonnutritive bioactive plant substance), plant cellulose, etc, and by setting up the right eating habits and carrying them out continuously.

  • Phytocooking

Phytocooking, which is originated in phytochemicals-enriched cooking (PEC), means a cookery of strengthening phytochemicals. The best way of the prevention of diseases and the preservation of health is to intake various phytochemicals rather than the traditional essential nutriment like vitamin, mineral, etc.
The materials of phytocooking are fruits and vegetables containing a huge amount and a great number of phytochemicals to stay away from diseases and to have a beneficial effect on human health.
And it is devised to heighten the bioavailability in human body, to create a peculiar taste with herbs with less salt so as to be in good harmony with fruits and vegetables, and to use a small quantity of meat and dairy products for better taste and more ingestion of fruits and vegetables.
