Refund Policies

When residents leave dormitories for inevitable reasons, dormitory fees for the remaining period of stay will be refunded. In that case, residents must submit a check-out and refund form at the supervisor's office in each dormitory.

Fees will be refunded when residents leave dormitories for such reasons as leave of absence, voluntary withdrawal, moving to other domestic or overseas universities under exchange programs, employment, marriage, or contagious disease. Fees will be refunded by 15days units. If residents stay in dormitories for less than 15 days, only half of the monthly fee will be refunded.

Moving In

Dormitory rooms are fully furnished so you only have to bring your own things, such as books, bedding (pillow, blanket, mattress cover, etc.), toilet articles, clothes hangers, and other daily necessity.

Only for exchange students, IRT offers the renting for bedding materials for your short stay. Pre-arrangement is required to IRT.
