KAIST Library, with its roots beginning from KAIS Library in 1971, was rebuilt in March 1990 as a modern building with one basement and four floors designed for user's convenience. At present, KAIST Library offers the best and latest information in science and technology.
KAIST Library aims to lead scientific developments and technological breakthroughs via education and research, and by fostering education of individuals who lead the science and technology fields and contribute to society through their originality and practicality.
KAIST library adopts LC(Library of Congress) Classification System and has various collections available for all users so that they can search and browse them efficiently.
