Certificate Types and Issuance Fees
- Certificate Types (Korean/English) : Attendance, grades, graduation/degree conferment, expected graduation/degree conferment, enrollment, course completion
- Issuance Fees : 500 won per copy (Course completion certificates for students in master’s or PhD programs cost 1,000 won per copy. Educational fee payment certificates are issued free of charge.)

Vending Machine Issuance
- Certificate Types (Korean/English) : Attendance, grades, graduation/degree conferment, expected graduation/degree conferment, enrollment
- Location : 1st floor, Main Administration Building, Daejeon Campus
- Service Hours : 24 hours
- Application Method : The applicant should follow the vending machine’s instructions (Students on Seoul Campus must apply to the Seoul Campus Management Team).
Long-Distance (Online/Postal) Issuance
Postal Issuance
- Application Method : In case the applicant wishes to have the certificates delivered to a location outside KAIST, he or she can apply to the Academic Register Team for issuance of the certificates through the post office (allowance must be made for postal delivery period).
Postal Issuance
- Certificate Type (1 type) : Educational fee payment certificate
- Application Method : The applicant can download this certificate from the Internet

Postal Issuance
- Application Method : In case the applicant wishes to have the certificates delivered to a location outside KAIST, he or she can apply through the KAIST Alumni Association homepage by paying a portion of the alumni association fee and postal fee.
