Staff, Collaborating partners
1.Access to http://form.kaist.ac.kr
2.Download and fill out the "Vehicle Registration Form (Staff)" Visit and submit the form to the corresponding campus office
3.If the vehicle is under your name, submit a copy of the Vehicle Registration Document and your Driver's License (or ID).
4.If the owner is your spouse, parents or others(relatives, rent, business etc.), submit a copy of the Vehicle Registration Document, Vehicle Insurance Certificate, and your Driver's License (or ID).
5.Fill in as faculty, staff, entrusted researcher, Ph.Doc. etc. in the classification entry and collaborating partners must specify the company name
6.Must return the sticker to the Safety & Security team (Educational Support B/D(W8) 1F) when retire, contract expired, or sell, scrap the vehicle.
Student
1.Access to http://form.kaist.ac.kr

3.If the vehicle is under your name, submit a copy of the Vehicle Registration Document and your Driver's License (ID).
4.If the owner is your spouse, parents or others(relatives, rent, business etc.), submit a copy of the Vehicle Registration Document, Vehicle Insurance Certificate, and your Driver's License (ID).
5.Must return the sticker to the Safety & Security team (Educational Support B/D(W8) 1F) when graduate or sell, scrap the vehicle.

Attach the sticker at the lower right window inside the vehicle.
