  • Select the desired conference room followed by the date and time of use to make reservations. The conference room may be used after confirmation of the online reservation from the manager

How to Make Reservations
Online Reservation Service
Reservations are made through the KAIST Portal SystemWebsite
  • The Portal system can only be accessed by faculty members, researchers, and students of KAIST.
  • Accessible on campus with individual authentication
Concert Ticket Reservation Information
  • Reservation Period: By 6pm, 2 - 7 days before each performance
  • Reservation Approval: Automatic approval for 50 faculty members and 50 students. After the 50th reservation, reservations will be made in the category not counted touards the total allotted seats. (Reservation confirmation: confirmation can be checked starting at 10 am of the performance date)
Admission Fee (ticket price) and Method of Payment
  • Admission Fee: 5,000 Won per faculty member, 2,000 Won per student (Regular: 20,000 per ticket)
  • Method of Payment: Deposit the admission fee to the Woori Bank Account under the reservation number and name by 2pm of the performance date.
  • Account Number for Deposit: Woori Bank 025-310617-01-001 (KAIST)
Obtaining Ticket
  • Tickets can be obtained 20 minutes before the performance at the ticket counter for members after checking the KAIST member’s reservation number and name.
  • Seating is first come first serve, starting with the better section (S seats).
Other
  • Only the manager can make cancellations, failure to deposit the ticket fee or attend the performance will receive a notice from the Philharmonic Orchestra and an additional penalty will be applied.
  • Cancellation requests must be made to the manager

This is the location in which archive-related documents are stored. This location imbeds the history of KAIST and the systematic management of archive services, aiding to the survival and growth of KAIST and elevating the efficiency and transparency of the administration of the institution.

To raise awareness of the importance of archiving and to preserve the archiving culture at KAIST, the KAIST Muniment Room is equipped with a library and is operating an exhibit.
