Paying tuition fees for the 2025 Fall semester(Enrolled students/Admitted Undergraduate Students)
This notice is for the following students:
- KAIST enrolled students (including those who will study at other universities without taking an official leave of absence) as of the 2025 Fall semester
- Students who will return to school for the 2025 Fall semester following a temporary academic leave of absence
- KAIST admitted undergraduate students
* Even if you have a full scholarship that exempts you from tuition fees, if you check your bill, you may still find the option to pay the Student Association Fee and/or the Student Health Association Fee. These are optional and not mandatory payments.
This is a guideline of making a payment for tuition fees for the 2025 Fall semester.
Regarding the installment, please refer to the file attached.
1. Payment Period : 2025. Aug. 25(Mon.) 10:00 ~ 2025. Aug. 29(Fri.) 17:5917:59
2. Checking tuition fee : Available from 2025. Aug. 18(Mon). 10:00
3. Application period for installment payment : Aug. 18(Mon). 2025. 10:00 ~ Aug. 22(Fri). 2025. 17:30
